DUI/DWI is over 60 days old
that they must submit the

This is mandated by statute: 14 CFR part 61.15.
The Noti/f_ication letter must be /f_illed in and
submitted within 60 days of the motor vehicle
conviction or administrative action for DUI/DWI.
